The Parts Department at Carter Subaru Ballard maintains a comprehensive inventory of high quality genuine OEM parts. Our highly knowledgeable staff is here to answer your parts inquiries. Should we not carry a part for which you're searching, we can frequently have it the same day.  But if an order is necessary we can do that too and you'll receive it within a timely manner.

What Happens After I Order a Part?

We have a set up several options for you to be able to get the part (s) you need. 

  1. Order online through our Subaru Parts People web site which has most everything for your Subaru down to nuts and bolts.
  2. Order online through our Subaru Parts Stop which has accessories & performance parts for your Subaru.
  3. If you know the name or inventory number of your part, please use our online form (to the left) to place an order.
  4. Call (206) 782-7474 and a Parts Department specialist will determine exactly what you need.
  5. Stop by the store to get assistance and order your part in person.  Click here for directions.
Upon submitting your information we will:
  • Respond to you promptly via your preferred contact method.
  • Ask any additional questions required to identify your parts request.
  • Confirm your order and pricing.
  • Fulfill your order.
