PROVIDING A FUN, MOTIVATING AND REWARDING ATMOSPHERE FOR CYCLING ENTHUSIASTS.

Part of our task as a local business is support of the local community and partnerships. Carter Motors is in its 3rd season sponsoring a local amateur cycling team, Kryki Sports.  Our sponsorship of the team is true to our strong team-oriented model, something that is missing in business and cycling teams alike.  It is also a statement to our underlying philosophy toward being greener, similar to Carter's "on the road to carbon neutral".  Kryki Sports is comprised of 30-40 riders consisting of some of the strongest and most experienced racers in the Seattle area, including multiple State Champions.

Kryki Sports launches
New to the Northwest racing scene, Kryki Sports is the newest of cycling clubs formed by local racer Mike Hone.  Based in Seattle, Kryki sports has hathered some of the top cyclists in Washington State.

Carter Volkswagen joins forces with Cycling Team to promote cycling.
The two race seriesof the Tour de Dung is in the rain shadow of the beautiful Olympic Mountain Range.  Start/finish is across the road form the Dungeness State Park.  Each race awarded individually.  With the help from the Garage Cycling team and Carter, the tradition will continue to help ignite the 2008 racing season.

Carter Signs on as Title Sponsor
Carter VW & Subaru has signed on as the title sponsor with Kryki Sports for the inaugural 2008 year of racing.		  
 
Team members will actively race throughout the year and compete in approximately 200 races per year.  They are involved in weekend races, local criteriums and various road races around the Northwest which includes Idaho, Montana, Oregon and of course Washington.  Each race typically has 8 or more Kryki Sports cycling team members.
